Brand Designer
Since the 1930s, the way we commute, socialise and even how we make payments have changed, and yet our fundamental approach to the healthcare system hasn’t. At Ordinary Folk, we ’re reimagining the building blocks of healthcare, through Noah, Zoey, and Cyrus. Noah allows men to receive remote diagnosis and treatment across varying areas of care. Through Zoey, women’s sexual wellness and fertility journeys are supported with thoughtful products and services. Cyrus, our modern logistics fleet makes ultra fast deliveries for medication with the help of AI
Responsibilities
As a Brand Designer, you will play an active role in:
- Visually define how the brands under Ordinary Folk should look at new and undefined touchpoints
- Design packaging that communicates each brand's tone of voice & look for new unique products
- Design websites/webpages for existing brands and/or new products
- Create exciting product key visuals for use on various touchpoints by other functions of the team
- Contribute to and help evolve our brand style guide, visual design system, and web-style guide
- Design branded physical collateral for digital & offline campaigns
- Champion the brands under Ordinary Folk, providing visual design guidance to other functions of the team
- Organize self and project partners in order to be able to share with other stakeholders from the managerial level
- Take a project from conception through to manufacture/realization
Qualifications
Your experience:
- 3 years of experiences in Design or relevant field
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite & Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, illustration & art direction development in relation to brand
- A holistic approach to design, from high-level strategy to small design details
- Packaging and design systems experience, understands how to realize a physical product from concept through to actualization
- Strong concept and visualization skills / strong presentation and communication skills
- A collaborative approach and ability to partner with other designers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Enthusiasm for growth and improvement, openness to feedback
