Responsibilities
The role
- Strategize and lead brand & promotion campaign strategy in Singapore: understand the audience, and competitive landscape, design a full marketing mix plan to create brand awareness, drive brand differentiation, and product preference to support business goals
- Own campaign objective, planning, execution and be accountable for campaign results
- Manage creative, SEO, content and media partners - from resource planning, to timeline and budget management
- Possess excellent business judgment, strategic aptitude with strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data and market intelligence and provide them to internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders such as KOLs, medical professionals and brand partners
- Operate autonomously, have excellent communications skills and the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders
- Be an advocate for the Ordinary Folk brands and ensure that all marketing activities are aligned and build the brands internally and externally
Qualifications
Your Experience
- 5 or more years of experience in marketing or advertising agency, ideally with consumer healthcare brand experience
- Proven track record in running successful insight led Omni channel marketing campaigns
Your Skill
- Effective communicator, and presenter, with thought leadership qualities
- Savvy with marketing full-funnel campaigns
- Excellent cross-functional skills including customer lifecycle management, social media and content marketing
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills to successfully manage multiple priorities
- Entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to adapt and learn, take risks and challenge the status quo
