Front End Engineer

Since the 1930s, the way we commute, socialize and even how we make payments have changed, and yet our fundamental approach to the healthcare system hasn’t. At Ordinary Folk, we’re reimagining the building blocks of healthcare, through Noah, Zoey, and Cyrus. Noah allows men to receive remote diagnosis and treatment across varying areas of care. Through Zoey, women’s sexual wellness and fertility journeys are supported with thoughtful products and services. Cyrus, our modern logistics fleet makes ultra fast deliveries for medication with the help of AI.

Responsibilities

As a Front End Engineer at Ordinary Folk, you’ll help to:

Build the most iconic digital men & women clinics in Southeast Asia and reach our beautiful potential customers.
The mission is to provide men & women with a safe heaven for all things men & women ’s health, whether it making discreet, affordable, and convenient alternatives to receiving treatment more accessible, or raising awareness and acceptance of some of the more private conditions that they may feel embarrassed about.
You’ll be involved in building the most ambitious digital healthcare platform in the region.
You will work with the marketing team to create marketing assets (e.g. landing pages on webflow and marketing emails)

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Your experience and skills:

At least 3 years experience with the same position
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, SASS and Javascript/Typescript
Proficiency with React/Nextjs
Experience in using Graphql/RESTful APIs
Experience with React-query and familiar with the term Server state is a plus
Good English communication skills
Startup experience. You will have a huge passion for startups and fast-growing teams. You
will have been part of the journey of a successful startup.
Having an ability to work independently while being a member of a fully remote and global
team
