Head of Growth

As the Head of Growth, you’ll be piloting the engine room of Ordinary Folk, continuously and consistently innovating new ways and exploring emerging channels for our brands to grow. You and your team lead acquisition to retention as we expand to new markets, and use your insights and learnings to swiftly grow both brand and customer base.
Responsibilities

You will be working closely with our Founder and the functional leads, across brand, go-to-market, tech, operations and new product development, and can readily identify opportunities for expansion. We’re on the lookout for someone with strong management experience along with a proven track record of growing a business through performance marketing, growth marketing and product led growth.

You’ll be familiar with these key terms, responsibilities and tools:

  • Define and execute the company's growth strategy in Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan
  • Optimise conversion funnel. Applying growth marketing tactics for acquisition, retention, upsell, cross-sell and more.
  • Hands-on expertise on the entire marketing tech stack, including CRM tools, Google Analytics, Hotjar, to ad platforms and SEO.
  • Create effective growth loops that increases AOV, net revenue, retention.
  • Strategically plan and manage full funnel campaigns and customer segmentation with our business objectives in mind
  • Analytical thinker who can prioritise key objectives and metrics that matter, and those that don’t
  • Design A/B experiments to test hypotheses and understand when to optimise them for conversions
  • Have experience with managing a range of paid media budgets, including campaign execution, setting up targeting, bid strategies and conversion goals
  • Know how to generate demand using paid ads across existing and emerging channels
  • Understand SEO with first-hand experience in creating keyword strategies and drawing competitive analysis identifying opportunities to capture organic traffic.
  • Build and manage content calendars for on-page SEO best practices.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

  • At least 4+ years of Head of Growth experience in fast-paced environment
  • Effective management of a cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record growing a consumer business revenue through Product-Led Growth
  • First hand executional experience across paid channels including Facebook, Google and Programmatic.
  • First hand executional experience growing revenue through growth marketing strategies.
