Product Designer

Cyrus, our modern logistics fleet makes ultra fast deliveries for medication with the help of AI
Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be heavily involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next product innovation to developing product requirements and working directly with designers and engineers to implement features.
You will also be playing an active role in:
- Expanding our platforms to international markets
- Drive a step-function increase in the rate new patients convert and stay retained on our platforms
- Utilise your knowledge of our customers to improve the experience related to sign up, onboarding, conversion, pricing, referrals, retention, and revenue growth.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a strong understanding of user-centred design and holistic product thinking, a master at hypothesis driven problem solving and priorisation skills, have a deep and sound understanding of monetisation levers and tradeoffs.
Qualifications
Your experience:
- At least 5 years in product or project management but not limited to product marketing fundamentals.
- Experience in managing products in a Series B or C consumer startup know for great products
- Experience working in and dealing with a cross-functional team, the founder and stakeholders
- Executing and running successful experiements and optimisation tests
- A strong ability to work well in a fast paced and at times, chaotic environment
Your skills:
- You’ve got excellent priorisation skills and build versus buy decision making skillsYou’re comfortable with tech stacks, PMF discovery and have the ability to pivot without attachment to ideas Strong understanding of business metrics like acquisition, CAC, sign ups, conversion rates, monetisation, ARPU, and retention, and being able to quickly adapt and improve said metrics through product Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to devise strategy and executionYou’re familiar with Figma, Miro, Confluence, Jira and other relevant software
