CRM Manager

At Ordinary Folk, we’re reimagining the building blocks of healthcare, through Noah and Zoey. Noah allows men to receive remote diagnosis and treatment across varying areas of care. Through Zoey, women’s sexual wellness and fertility journeys are supported with thoughtful products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategy, frameworks and best practices for omni-channel, integrated CRM initiatives by designing & learning from experiments across owned marketing channels (eDM, App Push, SMS, In-app messaging)
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the central functions to drive conversation around relevant metrics to gauge lifecycle health; including but not limited to retention rates and CLTV at various degrees of granularity
- Collaborate with a team of highly effective lifecycle marketers managing, focusing on building strong and lasting relationships with our customers
- Establish, report on, and improve KPIs for the CRM communications
- Help define the tools and technology required to deliver real-time, highly relevant, personalized communications
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with CRM, retention and loyalty marketing - can create and execute data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns end to end
- A track record of demonstrable business results through testing and deploying effective marketing campaigns across channels
- Strong familiarity with CRM technology, including ESPs, push, SMS, in-app messages, segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systems
- A good understanding of the e-commerce customer journey & conversion funnel
- Relevant experience in UI/UX (e-commerce) to improve the customer experience or improve conversions is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Master’s preferred
